The Hunger Games

Well, we finally made it to The Hunger Games movie! Haha.. I think it came out around a month ago but I’m not usually the kind of person to go see a movie right when it comes out. I have to say, it was very enjoyable to see in a theater with only about 10 other people on a relaxing Sunday afternoon:)

I haven’t followed or read any of the books but lucky for me my amazing girlfriend has, so during the movie and after, she caught me up to speed which helped connect the dots!

Overall, there was quite a bit of camera shake, haha, I’m sure they meant to do it but WOW, there was a lot. But I definitely would recommend it!!

Very fun, adventurous story with a good amount of character development and all that good stuff!! ..looking forward to the second one!

A Cockatoo Kinda Day!

With it being Sunday, the day I go to the local farmer’s market for my green drink, as I was walking down the aisles, I spotted my feathered friend here and had to go say hi!! It was so cool to have it jump right up on my arm! The bird was with the owners and seemed very well trained for being in public places and around lots of people! I love these kinda surprises, it makes life so fun!!

And while I was walking around I couldn’t help myself from taking pictures of all my amazing, vibrant colors from everything around!! Hope it inspires you to keep making healthy choices!

Super fun Friday of filming in beautiful Del Mar, California in a gorgeous bed of flowers!

We had originally planned to use the ocean as the background for this first video we filmed together but because of the long-lasting, overcast weather (the whole day) we changed our plans and made the best of it finding this lovey spot instead! When shooting outside there are tons of “unknowns” so when something doesn’t go according to plan, you’ve gotta be very quick to let go, trust everything will work out and take action to create it!:)
