aware of the two and the differences they not only cause in your life but for the lives of others around you too. Neither is right or wrong, bad or good.. they’re just different ways of communicating your message.
Here’s something fun to do, if you currently have any favorite authors, musicians, speakers, etc. in your life, I HIGHLY encourage you to start noticing how they speak and to notice what you’re naturally attracted to listening to. And as you move forward in your life, whether you’re leading a company, leading a family or maybe both.. take note of how people respond to each style and which is more effective for you to get your message through and create your desired result.

“That was a great movie” or “That tree is really pretty” or “Your hair looks funny” or “This pie is delicious!”
EXAMPLES OF SHAPING THE WORLD..
“I will complete my website by the end of the month” or “We’re going to create a product like never before!” or “I don’t know how but I promise I’ll get the job done” or “If we work together, we can all get in the best shape of our lives!”
Again, notice how you currently use the two in your life already and start becoming intentional about how you speak.
